Arbitr is born of the idea that a process for decision making can underpin an effective, aligned, and optimal decision in any situation an individual, team, or organisation finds itself in.

You may already be familiar with the concept of an Arbiter from Chess, or perhaps even the videogame Halo. Under this concept the authority and power to decide the correct path forward is held within an individual, we seek to supplant that person with a process

We understand that making important decisions can be challenging, and that’s why we’re here to help. There is no one process to rule them all but by understanding the options, understanding the context, and committing to an approach we believe that decisions can be improved in quality over time.
